SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost varies according to where you are located. We ship in Canada, USA and International. Your order will be shipped with Standard Shipping. We deliver your order with Canada Post.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping estimated time varies depending on where you are located. Please note that your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please take that into account as additional time for the shipping estimated time.

RETURNS
We offer a One-time exchange size policy. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order. All items must be in their original condition with the original tag (never worn or washed). You will have to pay for the return shipping cost and we will pay the shipping cost of the new item. Please contact us at support@livtimes.com for the authorization number and the return instruction.
CURRENCY
Livtimes.com prices will be transacted in CDN Dollars, upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency.
CUSTOMS
Customs or import duties can occur and are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country (outside Canada). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country). Livtimes is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible to pay any additional charges for customs clearance if they apply.
